Second-year students live off campus in rental apartments and houses—many of which are passed down to successive groups of Tuck students from year to year.
Many students from both classes who have partners or children rent duplexes or town houses in Sachem Village, Dartmouth's graduate student housing complex or private residences in nearby towns.
Students with families and partners may live in comfortable one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes at Sachem Village, Dartmouth’s graduate student community. To view available apartments and submit an application, visit the Dartmouth College Real Estate Office website.
Other students choose to live in apartments, condominiums, and houses nearby in Hanover and surrounding towns in New Hampshire and Vermont. Wherever you live, you will never be more than a few minutes’ walk, drive, or free bus ride to campus. Visit the Dartmouth Real Estate Office website for a listing of current rentals.
