Investing in Excellence - A Campaign for Tuck

The Tuck School today is moving forward with great momentum through a period of accomplishment that has advanced our reputation as a world leader. I see evidence of this every day while interacting with faculty, staff, students, and alumni.

Despite the recent growth in the size of our faculty and student body, we have chosen to keep Tuck relatively small, and our size gives us advantages that other leading business schools can't match. It means that our students have unparalleled access to professors who are both skilled educators and leading thinkers in their fields. It means that we are nimble - able to change rapidly as the world of business changes, integrate important cross-cutting themes into the curriculum, and respond to input from students, recruiters, and alumni. And Tuck's personal scale means that we enjoy the benefits of being part of a truly interactive community.

Remaining a leader in business education and moving to new levels of excellence is an ongoing challenge. With our exceptional faculty, talented students, unique MBA curriculum, and enviable environment for learning, we are well positioned to meet this challenge - but there is more work to be done. Throughout the school's history, there has been no greater sustaining force than our alumni and friends. Tuck's accomplishments are the direct result of your commitment, your loyalty, and your extraordinary generosity. Our future depends heavily on your continued support.

We have reached a rare moment when our momentum gives the school the potential to move to a new level of excellence. One of the hallmarks of a strong organization is its ability to take full advantage of such moments. Our capital campaign is designed to enable us to do just that, and I hope you will join in this effort.
