Entrepreneurs from the trenches: Nifti co-founders kick-off the new Crosier speaker series

The new Crosier Entrepreneurship Speaker Series is the latest program by the Entrepreneurship Initiative geared at leveraging entrepreneurship know-how across multiple generations of Tuck alumni, in support of students' entrepreneurial education.

In the first session of the series, 'Entrepreneurs From the Trenches', nifti co-founders Greg Kimball, T'12 and Nathan Sharp, T'12 talked about their experience creating and launching nifti.com , from its inception within Tuck classrooms, through its initial fundraising (led by Google Ventures, Otto Capital and several Tuck alumni) and finally towards its recent official launch. Associate Professor Steve Kahl, who currently teaches the course "Leading Entrepreneurial Organizations" at Tuck, moderated the discussion.

The new speaker series is made possible by the support of Tuck (T'97) and Dartmouth ('87) alum Louis Crosier, an entrepreneur himself. The series aims to fill in the gap between current students and very experienced entrepreneurs visiting campus by discussing freshly acquired entrepreneurial expertise by recent entrepreneurs, no more than a few years removed from their own MBA experience.
