Accessibility

Accommodations for guests with disabilities are available but we ask that you contact us in advance. Guests using wheelchairs should be in touch prior to May 15 in order to best assure arrangements and graduating students with disabilities who are unable or would find it challenging to participate in rehearsals or process should also contact the school.

Accommodations and Area Lodging

On-campus dormitory housing is available for graduates and families. Please call (603) 646-3288 with questions concerning dormitory housing, or visit Commencement and Reunion Housing. If your family intends to stay in local hotels/motels, we advise making reservations now, a number of local area lodging options are listed below.

Hanover Inn
The Hanover Inn has delighted Dartmouth visitors since 1903. Perched between campus and downtown Hanover, guests can easily walk to Tuck classes as well as local restaurants and shops. Parking

Guests arriving before 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9 are requested to park in the Thompson Arena lot on South Park Street. Shuttle service to campus is available on a ten-minute schedule weekdays from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Guests arriving after 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9, or any time over the weekend, may use any campus parking lot. We recommend using the Cummings lot adjacent to Thayer School or the Channing Cox lot near Whittemore. Parking is not permitted in driveways or emergency access areas. In addition, parking meters on Hanover streets operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Long-term parking in Hanover Parking Facilities is also available.

On the day of Investiture, there will be a shuttle running from the Dewey lot to the Tuck School from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Shuttle service will resume at 4:30 p.m. to take guests back to the Dewey lot. In the event of rain, there will be two shuttles running from the Tuck School to the Leede Arena starting at 1:00 p.m., followed by three shuttles returning to the Tuck School at 4:30 p.m.

Seating

There is a great deal of set up required to prepare Tuck for Investiture.  For that reason, we ask that you please do not reserve any seats until 10:30am on the day of Investiture.  Also, please be thoughtful about the number of seats you reserve.

Weather

In the event of rain, the ceremony will be held in Leede Arena. Admission is free, and there will be plenty of room for all guests (there are no tickets for admission).
