Frida Polli, PhD, MBA, is an award-winning neuroscientist. After a decade of brain imaging at Harvard and MIT, she went to business school to develop commercial applications for neuroscience assessment and analytics. The result was pymetrics, taking neuroscience and big data to revolutionize the world of career assessment and recruiting. pymetrics replaces self-report questionnaires with neuroscience games, and statistics with cutting-edge data science. All this allows pymetrics to ideally match job seekers with careers and companies in a way that’s far more accurate than results from older technology. The platform is currently used by undergraduates and MBA students as well as consulting, finance and technology clients across the US. The company recently raised $2.5M from Khosla Ventures to expand the team and product.
Frida holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a PhD from Suffolk University, and a BA from Dartmouth College.
