Tuck Executive Education

Our Process

Here's how Tuck tackles the job of creating custom engagements for leading companies. First, we do our homework. We assess the business context by interviewing senior management and immersing ourselves in company strategy, critical issues, market stance, corporate culture, and logistics. Then we hit the books. Financial information, marketing plans, public disclosure information, and more. All in an effort to gain perspective that those within the company are, at times, too close to see themselves.

Next, we craft a program architecture and schedule based on what we've learned. The resulting program design and curriculum has a cost estimate, a plan of attack, and a schedule attached, so there are few surprises. Then we choose appropriate learning materials and fine-tune program action items. We also work with you to develop a set of guidelines for measuring the impact on your business after the program is concluded.

After the learning modules are delivered and the engagement is finished, the client team sets to work measuring the effectiveness of the engagement, the way in which it alters business behaviors, and any next steps. Were your goals met? Has the right information gotten to the right people? Is your team working smarter, more efficiently, or more in line with your business objectives? In all, the Tuck Executive Education process is the best way to produce and deliver high-impact, concentrated learning to busy leaders in business—like you.
