Through our Leadership and Strategic Impact program, you'll explore your effectiveness as a strategic leader. You'll learn ways to improve the functioning of the teams and divisions you lead, and how leadership behaviors and practices influence the strategic process and overall organization. The program uses self assessment and awareness tools along with class activities (readings, discussions, small group projects, and role play) to enhance leadership skills. Team problem-solving challenges allow participants to practice leadership behaviors in a supportive environment.

Leadership and Strategic Impact is designed for managers and executives whose actions and decisions have strategic implications for their organizations and for those who wish to develop strategic leadership skills. Because organizations extend strategic processes and responsibilities to executives who focus on key business issues, this program is appropriate for a broad array of high-potential and senior leaders in addition to the executive team. The program content is appropriate for a wide range of industries and will benefit executives from corporate, nonprofit, and government agencies.
