Research & Teaching Summary

Professor Ferneau is co-founder and managing director of Borealis Ventures, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage businesses. He is a fellow of Tuck’s Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship and teaches the practitioner-oriented elective course Field Studies in Private Equity. His research interests include venture-capital organizational design, investment strategy, deal structuring, and knowledge- and performance-management.
