Research & Teaching Summary

Professor Ferneau is co-founder and managing director of Borealis Ventures, a limited partnership investing in early-stage businesses. He is a fellow of Tuck’s Center for Private Equity and Entrepreneurship and teaches the elective course Advanced Entrepreneurship. His research interests include venture-capital organizational design, investment strategy, deal structuring, and knowledge- and performance-management.
