Associate Marketing Manager
Time Warner, Inc
New York, New York

As a Tuck student, I attended a Tuck board of overseers dinner and came out with a mentor to die for: Christina Steiner Shea T'77, president of the General Mills Foundation and senior vice president of General Mills, Inc. I couldn't believe her willingness to listen and advise. But then again, this is Tuck.

Within a few minutes of meeting, Christina Shea and I connected in a way that was incredibly helpful. She advised me throughout the recruiting process. Her knowledge and experience proved to be an amazing resource. She was accessible and examined different employment options with me. In the end I accepted a position with Time Warner in New York City, working to establish brands of some of their magazines. The company is so varied that I have gotten a great diversity of experiences.

I had a strong marketing background before applying to business schools, but as an undergraduate art history/history double major, I really wanted the solid general management education that I knew I would get at Tuck.
