I first met the Tuck community through emails to me in China. I searched every corner of the school's website. With each interaction—over the phone, meeting alumni in Asia, interviewing in China—I was impressed with the friendliness, the openness, the loyalty of the people who represent Tuck. Joining this community was a big decision, and Tuck respected that. I have a family in China, and joining a place with a family feeling was a very high priority for me. I found all that I had hoped to find and more at Tuck.
My study group at Tuck became so close I felt almost as though we were related. And each of these people had an amazing story. We had so much to learn from each other.
The faculty help create this supportive feeling. They know more than just your name. They understand your background. They know your aspirations—and they look for ways to help you on your way.
I have a lot of international experience, and I know that the Tuck brand is very prestigious. It's a name I want to bring with me not just to Asia but all over the world. The education at Tuck is excellent. For me, though, the life experience was just as important.
You should read all the facts and figures about a school, and you should know the rankings. But then you should talk to people like me who know Tuck. You should think about what your life will be like for your two years in business school, , as well as after you graduate.
You come to business school with a dream of your future career. The people at Tuck will help you realize your dreams.
