When the call is about Tuck, I take it.
It might be a friend, a classmate. A recent grad looking for advice, a first- or second-year student looking for a job. I'm ready to talk, to listen, to help. And I know that my 168 classmates feel the same—when it's Tuck, we take the call.
And it goes the other direction, as well. I don't hesitate to call on the Tuck network. I remember working on an assignment in Zimbabwe, and I found something strange in some analysis that Professor Shank had taught me 15 years before. I picked up the phone and had a great chat with my old professor, wrestling with this sticky bit of analysis. The connectedness to the faculty is genuine and it endures.
I have traveled a great deal throughout my career, and I find myself seeking out Tuck alumni. If I'm in Boston, then I'm having lunch with an old classmate.
Tuck has this kind of impact on its people.
