The strength of the alumni network sold me on Tuck. Applying to business school was a huge decision, and I did my research. In talking with other MBAs, I realized that I didn't just want two years of education. I wanted a lifetime association.
The Tuck name opens career doors. We deserve our excellent reputation. We deserve it because in Tuck's general management curriculum, you have to learn to do everything
well. This commands respect from employers.
Now, as an alum, I can say that the network continues to be every bit as good as advertised. When I came to LA after graduation, the Tuck network helped me professionally
and personally. They became my family in many ways. And the network reaches back to campus as well. There is an enormous value to being able to call one of my professors for advice, analysis, encouragement. Graduates of most business schools don’t have this option.
I arrived at Tuck with a suitcase and my dreams. The school gave me the foundation, resources, personalized attention, network, and the leadership mindset I needed to achieve
success. I don’t just mean a good job after graduation. I'm talking about a lifetime of career success.
