Kerry Laufer is the Director of the OnSite Global Consulting program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth – an experiential learning course that engages Tuck MBA students in real-world global consulting projects. Since the program began in 1997, nearly 1000 Tuck MBAs have participated in in nearly 200 management consulting projects across more than 60 countries. Kerry’s expertise is in higher education strategy, project management, and international educational development. Previously a part of Tuck’s OnSite Global Consulting team from 2008-2011, she assumed the director’s role in 2013 after managing Dartmouth's institution-wide strategic planning process for the offices of the Provost and President. She also worked with the Provost's office on global and online education initiatives and strategy.
Before Dartmouth, Kerry spent eight years in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she was invited to help design and start a new university for women. As Vice Dean at Effat University, she was instrumental in establishing the institution's academic and administrative infrastructure and opening new educational and career pathways for Saudi women.
Kerry is passionate about promoting deep cross-cultural engagement through education and expanding opportunities for learning outside the classroom. She holds an undergraduate degree in French from Swarthmore College (1994) and an MA in Education from LaSalle University (1999).

Emily’s expertise is program management, business development, marketing communications and social impact strategy. At Tuck, Emily manages client relationships and business development for OGC’s corporate, nonprofit and government clients.
Emily joined Tuck in 2014 from Cone Communications, where she was a Senior Account Supervisor in their CSR/Social Impact practice. In that role, she developed corporate social responsibility strategies and programs for companies like Hilton Worldwide, Nestle Purina Pet Care, and PayPal. She also managed consumer engagement and branding efforts for non-profit clients like Mercy Corps, American Cancer Society, and Farm Aid. Prior to that, Emily worked in corporate communications at Waggener Edstrom Worldwide, and before that at global human rights organization International Justice Mission.
Emily has an MBA from Boston University’s School of Management concentrating in International Management, and a Bachelor’s degree from Colgate University in Cultural Anthropology and Sociology. She has studied and traveled around the world, is fluent in Spanish, and currently volunteers each year for a medical clinic in the Dominican Republic.

Miguel's expertise is in social enterprise development, program management, and sustainable business methods in developing countries. At Tuck, Miguel is responsible for program operations and logistics related to the execution of OnSite Global Consulting projects.
Miguel lived and worked abroad for over seven years spending much of that time in England, France, and Southern and Eastern Africa. He received his Master’s degree in Conflict Resolution at the University of Bradford's Peace Studies Department and focused on the effects sustainable business methods and renewable energies have on climate change, poverty, and post-conflict countries in the developing world. Miguel applied this knowledge while working for SolarAid, a social enterprise whose purpose is to fight climate change and poverty through solar energy and sustainable business methods. While at SolarAid Miguel worked as a Programs Officer and later as the Acting Country Manager for SolarAid's Kenya program.
Immediately prior to joining Tuck in 2014, he worked as the Operations Manager for a local organic company and as a volunteer for Tropical Storm Irene relief efforts in the Upper Valley. Miguel is originally from San Antonio, Texas and attended the University of Texas at Austin where he received degrees in Psychology and Philosophy.
