Tuck is a residential MBA program, and one of the hallmarks of the Tuck experience is the informal, community learning that takes place outside the classroom.

Students are encouraged to use their study groups and social situations as opportunities to learn from people with different experiences and perspectives. First year study groups are assigned with diversity in mind to encourage sharing of perspectives and give students experience working in multicultural teams.
