Tuck's Career Development Office (CDO) provides Tuck students with programming and training to help guide and prepare them for international careers. The CDO also provides access to international jobs and support for students pursuing international careers.

The CDO provides programming and training specific to students pursuing international jobs, including:
- networking workshops for international students
- support for club treks to Asia and London
- interview and cover letter support for students where English is a second language
- work visa workshops
- support of the Key Country Representatives Program and international student clubs, including the Asia Business Club, Hispanic-American Student Association (HASA), International Club, and South Asia Club
- international recruiting overview during student orientation
- sponsorship of career portions of international conferences
Access to International Jobs and Careers
The CDO dedicates significant resources towards developing and maintaining relationships with international recruiters and recruiters who hire Tuck’s international students. Resources for students pursuing international jobs include:
- Nearly 1,000 on-campus and correspondence international opportunities were posted for Tuck students over the past five years.
- Members of the CDO travel to Asia and Europe to foster relationships with recruiters in addition to supporting and participating in club sponsored international trips including treks to London and to Asia.
- The CDO and Tuck foster interaction between students and alumni. Tuck has more than 8,000 alumni, with about 10 percent residing outside the U.S.
