Aisha Barry T’10 experienced the challenges of building a multinational business while working as a product-development manager for Procter & Gamble in China. There, cultural differences between local managers and American colleagues brought an additional level of complexity to the job. It was a wake-up call for Barry. “Leaders need to comprehend organizations in human terms,” she says. Her first encounter with Tuck convinced her the school understood this too.
