Eric Goetz T'10

From the moment Eric Goetz T’10 set foot on campus, he felt part of something bigger than himself. But he discovered more than just camaraderie in the Tuck community: he found a safe and supportive place in which he could develop as a leader. “Our most intense conversation at Tuck is about leadership. It’s part of our curriculum and our culture.” At Tuck, students develop individual leadership styles through an intense process of self-awareness. The journey can be difficult, says Goetz, but it’s worth the effort. “I’ve learned that every person is an individual and that everyone has a story. And that leadership styles need to adapt to evolving teams, organizations, and situations.”
