HANOVER, N.H.—Antonio Perez, chairman and CEO of Eastman Kodak Company, will take part in an open, one-on-one interview with Portfolio magazine contributing editor Kevin Maney on November 2 at the 14th annual Tuck Diversity Conference at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Since joining the company in 2003, Perez, a native of Spain, has led the worldwide transformation of Kodak from a film-based business to one focused primarily on digital technologies. Prior to Kodak, Perez spent 25 years at Hewlett-Packard Company, where he was corporate vice president and a member of the company's executive council.

Maney is a contributing editor with a focus on technology at Portfolio, a Condé Nast publication. Before coming to Portfolio, he was a technology writer and columnist for USA Today. His frequent radio and television appearances include PBS, NPR, CNBC, and other outlets.

Running from November 1-4, the Tuck Diversity Conference brings together current and highly qualified prospective students, Tuck faculty, staff, and alumni, plus visiting executives, for a weekend of discussion, networking, mentoring, and socializing. The conference is crucial to changing the status quo in the business world, says Dia Draper, Tuck's associate director of admissions for minority student recruitment. Currently less than five percent of top-level leadership positions in business are held by African Americans, Latinos, or Native Americans. To help build a diverse array of future leaders, "it is really important for us to give minorities a high-level of access to an institution like Tuck," Draper says.

This lecture is cosponsored by Tuck's Cohen Leadership Development Program, the Tuck Diversity Conference, and Portfolio magazine.

Founded in 1900, Tuck is the first graduate school of management in the country and consistently ranks among the top business schools worldwide. Tuck remains distinctive among the world's great business schools by combining human scale with global reach, rigorous coursework with experiences requiring teamwork, and valued traditions with innovation.
