Recruiting at Tuck is open to companies even if distance or time precludes a visit to our campus. Whether your solution is to interview by telephone, by video or web conferencing, or by inviting students to your offices, we're committed to helping you develop an effective recruiting strategy.
Job postings: Job postings allow you to post open positions for first- or second-year students if your company will not recruit on campus. After you have submitted a job posting and received résumés from interested students, you can respond directly to students or set up an interview process through the CDO. We can help arrange remote interviews with students via phone or video conference or schedule interviews here at Tuck.
Video, web and phone interviews: High-speed video links are available from Tuck to your offices. Interviews can be one-on-one or may involve a videoconference or web conference setting with several of your top decision makers. Phone interviews are also an efficient way to get to know candidates.
Connect with alumni: If you have openings for more experienced hires, you can submit job postings for Tuck alumni.
