• Book rooms in the Hanover area

June

• Download information about on-campus recruiting details

July

• Receive recruiting confirmation email from the Career Development Office

Mid-August

• Order access to our résumé databases
• Submit second-year job descriptions
• Order audiovisual equipment and catering for your company briefing

Late August

• Receive second-year résumé database (URL, username, and password)

Early September

• Submit first-year job descriptions

October

• Receive first-year résumé database (URL, login, and password)

Two Weeks Before Your Briefing

One Week Before Your Briefing

• Email the Career Development Office at tuck.cdo@dartmouth.edu with the names and titles of your company briefing presenters
• Get directions to the Career Development Office

Five Weeks Before Your Interview Date

• Receive letters/résumés from interested students

Three Weeks Before Your Interview Date

• Notify the Career Development Office of your closed-list selections

One Week Before Your Interview Date

• View your tentative interview schedule
• Get directions to the Career Development Office

Day of Interview

• Receive and review your final schedule
