Virtual Recruiting Options

While it may not always be possible to travel to Hanover, there are plenty of options available to facilitate a connection with our students. Microsoft Office Live Meeting
Office Live Meeting is an online meeting space where you can deliver a presentation or “webinar” engaging attendees with integrated chat, audio, video, and media. You can also record your presentation for those who are not able to attend. Schedule ahead of time to reserve Tuck's “Round Table” device to connect with a group of students – you’ll see the room and each participant in panoramic view. Videoconference
Tuck owns two sets of videoconference equipment – a great solution for connecting one or a small group of recruiters with a small group of students. We can reserve videoconference rooms and provide all necessary information for the call – email or call Nanette Thelemaque (603-646-2461, Nanette.R.Thelemaque@tuck.dartmouth.edu) to set up your videoconference or get additional information.

MBA-Exchange's Virtual Campus
MBA-Exchange, an online service for MBAs around the globe, offers a tool to facilitate live online presentations, engaging directly with participating candidates for a fee. Visit http://www.mba-exchange.com/tuck/VirtualCampus for more information.

Cisco's WebEx
If your organization does not currently have an account for this online presentation tool, you can download a free 14-day trial at http://www.webex.com.

Always an option, let us know if you'd prefer to interview via phone – we'll be happy to set up a schedule of calls on your behalf.
