John Castellani, president of Business Roundtable, visited Tuck on May 18 to meet with students and take part in a Fireside Chat on the Ethical Issues of Executive Compensation, moderated by Professor Rick Shreve. Business Roundtable is an association of chief executive officers of leading U.S. companies and was founded on the "belief that the business sector should play an active and effective role in the formation of public policy." Castellani's visit to campus was sponsored by the Allwin Initiative for Corporate Citizenship as part of the daylong recognition of the 20th anniversary of the Ariel Halpern Endowment.
