William Seidman D'43, T'44 discusses "Resolving the Global Capital Markets Crisis: Lessons from the Resolution Trust Corporation."

The last such financial crisis to hit the United States was in the late 1980s, and as the first chairman of the Resolution Trust Corporation, Seidman was a key leader in solving this crisis.

Seidman was a consultant to RWB Capital Management, chief commentator at CNBC-TV, publisher of Bank Director Magazine, and a director of Fiserv and US Order, Inc.
