Matthew J. Slaughter is the Paul Danos Dean of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where in addition he is the Earl C. Daum 1924 Professor of International Business. He is also a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research; a member of the academic advisory board of the International Tax Policy Forum; and an academic advisor to the McKinsey Global Institute. Tracy Sun is the co-founder and SVP of Seller Experience at Poshmark, dedicated to pioneering innovations that empower sellers at all levels to quickly and easily get a closet online and grow and scale over time. Previously, she held the position of SVP of New Markets, and was instrumental in helping to drive Poshmark’s global expansion. Prior to joining Poshmark, Tracy was Vice President of Merchandising at Brooklyn Industries, a New York City-based fashion retailer. Tracy has spent more than 15 years at the intersection of fashion and technology and has been highlighted as a "Top Female Tech Founder" by USA Today and TechCrunch, a "Woman Making Waves in Tech" by Refinery29, a "Retail Game-Changer" by Marie Claire, and is a member of the BoF 500, the definitive professional index of the people shaping the $2.4 trillion fashion industry. In addition, Tracy was recognized by Gold House on its 2021 A100 List, honoring the 100 most esteemed and impactful Asians across fashion & beauty, technology, business, entertainment, music, and sports. Tracy received her BA from Barnard College at Columbia University and her MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

Destinee Mentor-Richards T'23Destinée Chelsea Mentor-Richards T'23

Class President

Destinée Mentor-Richards was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY as the only child of Cresta Mentor and Riccardo Richards, both immigrants from the Caribbean. Destinée earned her BA in Mathematics from Amherst College and started her career at Morgan Stanley in New York. Prior to starting her MBA at Tuck, she lived in St. Louis, MO and held various corporate strategy and venture capital roles at Boeing, Anheuser-Busch, and Edward Jones in addition to being awarded a fellowship with Venture for America and sitting on the Associate Board of Covenant House, a shelter for homeless youth.

At Tuck, Destinée served as the Student Body President, the first African American woman to do so in Tuck’s history. Additionally, she was a fellow with the Center for Workplace Inclusion and served as an advisor on Dartmouth’s Presidential Commission for Financial Aid, a multi-year initiative to make Dartmouth’s undergraduate education more accessible to low-income students and families. While at Tuck, she was awarded merit fellowships through The Consortium, the Toigo Foundation, and the Forté Foundation. Following graduation, Destinée will be joining Bain & Company in Washington, DC.

Jeffrey NavarroJeffrey Williams Navarro T'23

Jeffrey was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico to his father, Jeffrey Williams English, and his mother, Ana Navarro Rodríguez, as the youngest of four siblings. He moved to Washington, D.C. to attend the George Washington University, where he graduated magna cum laude and received a B.A. in Political Communication. Prior to Tuck he worked at Google for 7 years, first in legal structuring content licensing deals, and then in music partnerships, where he managed the licensing strategy and negotiations for Latin America, including your favorite Bad Bunny songs. While at Tuck, Jeffrey served as a director for the Tuck Social Venture Fund, fellow for the Center for Digital Strategies, co-chair for the Consortium, a Tuck Admissions Associate, and member for the Venture Capital Investment Competition team. He was also involved in the Hispanic American Student Association and crashed countless activities by the Outdoors club, Ski and Snowboard club and more. Post-Tuck, Jeffrey will be moving to Washington DC with his partner, Paula.
