Description:
The Tuck community will explore themes outlined in Dr. Catherine Florio Pipas' newly released book, A Doctor's Dozen: Twelve Strategies for Personal Health and a Culture of Wellness. Using evidence-based strategies, the goal is to advance personal health and contribute to a culture of wellness at Tuck. Sessions will run throughout the winter and spring terms.
