All stereotypes exist for a reason. All generalizations are wrong. Whatever your view, top MBA schools have stereotypes. The eight minute video below was produced recently by our friends at Columbia Business School and does a very entertaining job of reviving some old stereotypes. It has been spreading like wildfire across the MBA community. As far as it relates to Tuck, I think they've just about nailed it - unusually tight relationships between students, a love of the outdoors, and top notch academics. Even their mention of a bear on campus was timely - this photo was taken from my classmate's garden late last week (not as scary as it looks...)
I'll keep my views on their portrayals of other schools to myself. Enjoy!
