Jonathan Masland, Director
Industries: Real Estate, Energy

Jonathan received his BA from Harvard and MBA and MA from the Wharton/Lauder Institute dual-degree program. His professional career includes corporate finance and investment banking roles with Coopers & Lybrand, Alex, Brown & Sons and Robertson Stephens, in addition to entrepreneurial endeavors with Strategic Capital Resources, Revbox, and The Endeavor Initiative in Uruguay. Jonathan also spent time cycling across the United States, coaching the Harvard squash team, and living in Cuernavaca and Durango, Mexico.

Mathias Machado T’09, Associate Director
Industries: Technology, Industrial Goods, Entrepreneurship

Mathias brings a unique global perspective to the CDO – he has lived in both Germany and Argentina. Pre-Tuck, Mathias worked for gedas, an IT consulting firm in the Volkswagen Group, and at Siemens, where he worked on business development and as a bid manager in the Telecom Division. Post-MBA, Mathias worked for TomTom as a product manager for community input to improve TomTom’s maps. Mathias lives in Lebanon with his wife Melanie and his German Shorthaired Pointer and will be playing Tripod Hockey again this year, trying to keep his balance on the ice.


Elizabeth Zaldastani Napier T’91, Associate Director
Industries: Consumer Goods, Retail, Social Enterprise

Lizzie is a marketing strategy expert and social entrepreneur. Post-Tuck, she led the development and launch of several new products for General Mills and Welch’s and directed $5-60 million campaigns with Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and Arnold Worldwide. She went on to lead a variety of organizations to aid the nation of Georgia in its transition to democracy and a free market economy. Lizzie serves on the Leadership Committee at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, is a member of the Financial Times Global Board Ready Women’s group, and is a Trustee for the American Academy in Tbilisi. She is an avid squash player. She lives in Hanover with her husband Jim T’91, children J.C. and Elizabeth and dog Horace.

Deirdre O’Donnell, Associate Director
Industries: Finance, Insurance, Private Equity

Deirdre spent 24 years of her career at Lehman Brothers in the Fixed Income Division, gaining experience as a trader, salesperson and manager. She became involved in Lehman’s campus recruiting effort at colleges and universities and ultimately became Global Head of Diversity Recruiting for the firm. After leaving Lehman in 2008 she joined the Tuck School of Business as an Associate Director of the Career Development Office, focusing on the financial services industry. Deirdre and her family live on an organic farm in Orford, NH.

Stephen Pidgeon T’07, Associate Director
Industries: Consulting, Media, Healthcare

Before joining the Career Development Office, Stephen was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey in London., where he focused on healthcare consulting, with a functional specialty in org work. Prior to Tuck he worked for 11 years in television and film, directing and producing a number of television series and a movie. He lives in Norwich with his wife and two daughters.

Nanette Thelemaque, CDO Resources and Services

Nanette Thelemaque joined the CDO in 2004. After attending Mercy College in Dobbs Ferry, NY majoring in Psychology, Nanette moved in many career paths from a Group Home Supervisor, to running her own Cleaning Service business, to Strategic Alliance and Channel Manager in the high-tech industry, to Marketing Specialist in the publishing industry.

Nicole Mody, Recruiting Manager

Nicole manages the on-campus interview and recruiting process at Tuck. She holds a B.S. from James Madison University and an M.S. in Economics from Miami University of Ohio. Prior to joining the Career Development Office, she worked for ten years as a consultant and programmer, first at PwC, and later at NERA Economic Consulting in New York. Nicole now lives in West Lebanon with her husband and daughter.

Sarah Bell Van Orman, Corporate Development Associate

Sarah Bell Van Orman joined Tuck in 2005 and is focused on new business development efforts including encouraging new companies to recruit Tuck students. Sarah received a B.S. from Virginia Tech and M.Ed. and Ed.S. in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining Tuck, she held a Career Development Associate position at the Darden School.

Lori Lorigo PhD, Information Specialist

Lori studied Computer Science and Operations Research as an undergraduate at Cornell University and was the first to earned a PhD in Information Science from Cornell in 2006. Lori’s professional work experience includes serving as a visiting researcher for Cornell, funded by Google, working as a programmer/analyst in Cornell’s Computer Science Department, and interning as a software engineer at Hewlett Packard. Lori has published a book chapter, seven journal papers, and numerous conference proceedings and white papers. She is currently on sabbatical in Italy.

Lauren Seifert TP'15, Recruiting Programs Associate

Lauren plans all of the Career Development Office’s recruiting-related events throughout the year, and supports a variety of career education, communications and recruiting projects. She holds a B.B.A. in Accounting as well as a Masters in the Science of Accounting from Southern Methodist University. Prior to joining the Career Development Office, Lauren was a Teach For America corps member, teaching Algebra to high-school students in Washington, D.C.

Jessica Macken TP'14, Recruiting Coordinator

Jessica assists with recruiting process logistics, special projects and general office assistance.  Jessica received her BA in Mathematics from Hamilton College before moving to New York City to work in Ad Sales Research at MTV Networks. She later joined the ranks of the New York City Teaching Fellows and received her MA in Secondary Math Education from The City College of New York.  For the past four years Jessica has taught math to middle and high school students, sharing her love for both math and dance with her "kids".
