The Tuck Diversity Conference (DivCo) was founded in 1994 by Tuck alumnus Scott Johnston T’93, who wanted an opportunity for alumni of color to reconnect with the school. Starting in 2001, Tuck welcomed prospective students to the event. This yearly tradition has grown and now offers prospective students a weekend of discussion, networking, mentoring, and socializing. Prospective students can learn more about Tuck's MBA program, the admissions process, and immerse themselves in our community. Attendees will interact with companies that make diversity a priority. Students, alumni, faculty, staff, and visiting executives are invited to attend this student-run event.
Tuck's Diversity Conference has emerged as one of the premier business school diversity events, known as an inclusive event for recruiters to connect with prospective and current students. Tuck encourages diversity on many levels, and we welcome employers with similar values to network with the participants of our Diversity Conference.
The 2023 conference will be hosted on-campus at the Tuck School of Business on September 22-24, 2023. Further details on the conference, attendance, etc. will become available in July 2023. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to email Tim Neil, Assistant Director of Admissions.
