The Tuck Diversity Conference (DivCo) was created in 1994 and offers prospective students a weekend of discussion, networking, mentoring, and socializing. Prospective students are able to learn more about Tuck's MBA program, the admissions process, and what makes our community unique. Attendees will also have the opportunity to interact with companies that make diversity a priority. Students, alumni, faculty, staff, and visiting executives are invited to attend this student-run event.
Tuck's Diversity Conference has emerged as one of the premier business school diversity events, known as an inclusive event for recruiters to connect with prospective and current students. Tuck encourages diversity on many levels, and we welcome employers with similar values to network with the participants of our Diversity Conference.
