As Director of Strategic Initiatives for The Tuck School, Dia plays a key leadership role in planning and carrying out broad-based diversity initiatives that promote the inclusion, awareness, acceptance, achievement, understanding and equality of all members of Tuck community. Dia is charged with leading a variety of complex and sensitive projects for the Tuck School, including acting as liaison and ambassador to the Offices of the President, Provost and Dean of the College on issues related to Diversity & Inclusion. This role continues the work that she began when she joined Tuck in 2006. Some of her favorite responsibilities include: the Tuck Diversity Conference, working with student groups and club leaders, International Student Orientation and the Tuck International Exchange Program.
Prior to joining Tuck, Dia was an Associate Director of Admissions at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business, and began her career as a consultant with PwC and later as a manager at Deloitte. She is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, where she earned her BS and MS in Accounting. She enjoys travel, cooking, and apocalypse genre films and books (there’s something fascinating about zombies!). She lives in Vermont with her family and two dogs.
