Jonathan received his BA from Harvard and MBA and MA from the Wharton/Lauder Institute dual-degree program. His professional career includes corporate finance and investment banking roles with Coopers & Lybrand, Alex, Brown & Sons and Robertson Stephens, in addition to entrepreneurial endeavors with Strategic Capital Resources, Revbox, and The Endeavor Initiative in Uruguay. Jonathan also spent time cycling across the United States, coaching the Harvard squash team, and living in Cuernavaca and Durango, Mexico.
Mathias brings a unique global perspective to the CDO – he has lived in both Germany and Argentina. Pre-Tuck, Mathias worked for gedas, an IT consulting firm in the Volkswagen Group, and at Siemens, where he worked on business development and as a bid manager in the Telecom Division. Post-MBA, Mathias worked for TomTom as a product manager for community input to improve TomTom’s maps. Mathias lives in Lebanon with his wife Melanie and his German Shorthaired Pointer and will be playing Tripod Hockey again this year, trying to keep his balance on the ice.
Lizzie is a marketing strategy expert and social entrepreneur. Post-Tuck, she led the development and launch of several new products for General Mills and Welch’s and directed $5-60 million campaigns with Saatchi & Saatchi, DDB and Arnold Worldwide. She went on to lead a variety of organizations to aid the nation of Georgia in its transition to democracy and a free market economy. Lizzie serves on the Leadership Committee at the Brigham & Women’s Hospital, is a member of the Financial Times Global Board Ready Women’s group, and is a Trustee for the American Academy in Tbilisi. She is an avid squash player. She lives in Hanover with her husband Jim T’91, children J.C. and Elizabeth and dog Horace.
Deirdre spent 24 years of her career at Lehman Brothers in the Fixed Income Division, gaining experience as a trader, salesperson and manager. She became involved in Lehman’s campus recruiting effort at colleges and universities and ultimately became Global Head of Diversity Recruiting for the firm. After leaving Lehman in 2008 she joined the Tuck School of Business as an Associate Director of the Career Development Office, focusing on the financial services industry. Deirdre and her family live on an organic farm in Orford, NH.
Before joining the Career Development Office, Stephen was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey in London., where he focused on healthcare consulting, with a functional specialty in org work. Prior to Tuck he worked for 11 years in television and film, directing and producing a number of television series and a movie. He lives in Norwich with his wife and two daughters.
