The Smith-Tuck Global Leaders Program for Women is the premier executive program specifically for women who are assuming leadership positions with global responsibilities.
Designed as a collaboration between Smith College Executive Education for Women and Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth, the Smith-Tuck Global Leaders Program for Women combines Smith’s signature all-women learning environment and Tuck’s dynamic, highly personalized approach to executive development. Through an experiential learning component and sessions on key global trends, participants will expand their capacity to drive strategy and execution in the context of profound disruption.
Participants will gain insights and tools to manage all that globalization demands of them, their teams, and their organizations. Women benefit from enhanced risk-taking and candid conversations regarding the unique challenges they face as female leaders, including barriers to advancement and the challenges of juggling complex work-life issues.
