Curious about what makes the Tuck MBA experience the best in the world? Join us for Discover Tuck: Perspectives—an admissions event designed to introduce prospective students to the community and opportunities that define Tuck.

Hosted in Hanover, NH and open to all prospective MBA students, Discover Tuck events offer a firsthand look at our personal, connected, and transformative MBA program. Through panels, discussions, mentoring, networking, and social events, you’ll engage with current students, alumni, faculty, and staff—and experience what it’s like to be part of our extraordinary learning community. 

This year’s theme, “Our Story, Our Future,” honors the rich tapestry of identities, cultures, and lived experiences that shape the Tuck community—and looks ahead to the kind of leaders, and world, we’re building together. Through conversations with students, alumni, faculty, and staff, you’ll explore how a Tuck MBA can empower you to lead with purpose, honor your journey, and boldly step into what comes next.

  • José, a first-generation American, was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University with a double major in Finance and Accountancy. Before Tuck, he spent over a decade in financial services, holding roles across wealth management, alternative investments, and business intelligence. Most recently, he served as Head of North America for Business Information & Analytics at Morgan Stanley, where he led cross-functional teams and strategic data initiatives across key business units.

    This summer, José is interning in the Boston office of L.E.K. Consulting, where he will focus on Life Sciences and Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT). At Tuck, he serves as a Co-Chair of Discover Tuck: Perspectives, Hispanic American Student Association (HASA), and Tuck Community Consulting Club (TCCC). He is also a GenAI Student Champion, a member of LIFT, and a proud Tripod Hockey All Star.

    Outside of the classroom, José enjoys watercolor painting, exploring the outdoors with his wife and young son, and restoring his classic 1991 Volvo 240.

     

Munashe Machoko T’26

  • Munashe was born in Zimbabwe and graduated from Bates College with a degree in Biochemistry. After college, he joined Massachusetts General Hospital, where he focused on simulation modeling, health economics, and outcomes research, helping inform clinical and policy decisions in global health and life sciences.

    Building on this experience, Munashe spent the summer interning at Analysis Group, where he focused on healthcare litigation. He enjoys mentoring students from technical backgrounds who are exploring business careers, an interest he pursues through his involvement in the Finance and Healthcare Clubs and his role as a Teaching Assistant for the Global Economics for Managers (GEM) class. He also serves as a Co-Chair of Discover Tuck: Perspectives, where he is dedicated to creating pathways for underrepresented talent to explore business leadership and ensuring that prospective students feel reflected in the Tuck experience.

     

Jack Noble T’26

  • Jack was born in Wake Forest, North Carolina, and graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in Business Administration and Public Policy. Before Tuck, he worked in product management at CVS Health, where he led initiatives to expand healthcare access and enhance the customer experience, ranging from in-store innovations like prescription pickup lockers to digital tools supporting pharmacy operations.

    This summer, Jack interned as a Summer Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in the Boston office, focusing on healthcare strategy projects. At Tuck, he serves as a Co-Chair of the Consortium and the annual Discover Tuck: Perspectives event. He also serves as the Quality of Life Chair, leading campus-wide efforts to foster belonging and community. In addition, Jack is a Nonprofit Board Fellow supporting a local arts organization and is actively involved in Tuck Pride and the Hispanic American Student Association (HASA).

    In his free time, Jack enjoys learning how to ski and skate, hosting themed happy hours, playing tennis, and discovering hidden dinner spots around the Upper Valley.

  • Brandon was raised in Marietta, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta, and graduated from Howard University with a degree in Supply Chain Management. His commitment to uplifting diverse communities was shaped during his time at Howard. Prior to Tuck, Brandon worked in consulting across two firms, gaining experience in a range of industries including financial services, retail, agriculture, and the public sector.

    This summer, Brandon interned at Mara Holdings Inc. as a Growth Strategy Intern, where he explored the emerging crypto space. He also launched Lently, a mobile peer-to-peer lending application. At Tuck, he serves as a Co-Chair of Black Students at Tuck (BSAT) and helps organize the annual Tuck Black Ski Trip.

    Outside of class, Brandon enjoys all things sports and music, and has a passion for bringing people together through event planning.

  • Sophie grew up in Oklahoma City and graduated from Brandeis University with a B.A. in Psychology. After college, she worked in the Office of the President at her alma mater, where she led institutional initiatives and strategic communications. She is now excited to pivot into the food, beverage, and grocery industries.

    This past summer, Sophie interned at Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas, on the Pricing Strategy team within Merchandising Operations. At Tuck, she serves as a Co-Chair of Tuck Pride, the Jewish Students Association (JSA), and the Basketball Club. She is passionate about fostering inclusive spaces where all students feel a sense of belonging, whether in the classroom, on the ice, or around a shared meal.

    In her free time, Sophie plays goalie in Tripod Hockey, enjoys hosting small group dinners, and loves discovering good beer with great friends.

     

Paty Rodriguez T’26

  • Paty was born and raised in Monterrey, Mexico, and graduated from the University of Monterrey with a B.S. in Economics. Before Tuck, she built a career in consulting, spending over two years at McKinsey & Company, where she focused on strategy and operations, followed by a role as Strategy Manager at a leading Mexican FinTech. She is passionate about nonprofit work and giving back through volunteering.

    This summer, Paty interned on the Development and Marketing team at America’s Grow-a-Row, a nonprofit committed to addressing food insecurity. She also collaborated with Tuck Career Services on a project supporting non-business major students interested in breaking into consulting. At Tuck, she serves as a Co-Chair of the Latin American Business Association (LABA), a Peer Support Counselor, and an active member of the Community Consulting Club.

    Paty loves connecting with people and can chat about anything, from travel and culture to coffee flavors and life stories. Outside the classroom, she enjoys cooking Mexican food, discovering coffee shops, exploring new places, spending time outdoors, and dancing to Latin rhythms.

Jonathan TranPham T’10

Founder & CEO, reflect

Jonathan is the founder/CEO of mental health startup reflect. He started reflect after his own frustrations looking for a therapist and is passionate about making quality care more accessible for others. Prior to reflect, Jonathan ran marketing at apparel brand Everlane and spent 7 years in strategy consulting at Bain and Monitor Group (Deloitte), advising global brands such as Levi's, Nordstrom, eBay, and Genentech/Roche.

Jonathan has a BS in organizational psychology from Northwestern and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. In his spare time, Jonathan loves to travel (56 countries), cook (vegetarian), and is a certified spin instructor.

    Ramsey Jay Jr. T’05

    Managing Partner, Ramsey Jay, Jr. And Associates

    Ramsey Jay Jr. T’05 is Managing Partner of Ramsey Jay, Jr. and Associates, a strategic consulting firm specializing in corporate finance, leadership development, and culture awareness programming. He previously held investment management roles at Morgan Stanley, Ares Management, and Post Advisory Group, with expertise in investing and capital raising across alternative assets and a range of industries.

    A sought-after speaker and published author, Ramsey is a trusted voice on financial strategy and organizational leadership. He serves as Chairman of Sigma Pi Phi’s Pacific Region Economic Empowerment Committee and President of the Gamma Zeta Boule Foundation. A former Division I 400m sprinter, Ramsey is now an avid college football fan and tailgate enthusiast.

     
  • Barry Bhola

    Barry Bhola T’06

    CFO, Trumbull Asset Management

    Barry Bhola T’06 has built his career in the energy sector, with experience spanning exploration, midstream, trading, and power generation. He currently serves as CFO of Trumbull Asset Management, an infrastructure asset management firm focused on merchant power generation.

    As a first-generation immigrant, Barry credits the guidance of mentors in his life as a driving force behind his own commitment to mentoring others. He is equally passionate about balancing the demands of his profession with health, wellness, and active involvement in his son’s life. Outside of work, Barry enjoys hiking, is easing back into running after labrum surgery, and appreciates living in a place with four true seasons.

    Consultant, Egon Zehnder

    Lisha Davis T’10 is a consultant at Egon Zehnder, specializing in leadership advisory and executive search. She spent nearly a decade at Vanguard in roles across business leadership, strategy, product management, and sales—ultimately serving as the firm’s first head of innovation and new ventures. She later founded Arable Ventures, a boutique innovation and strategy advisory firm, before joining Egon Zehnder.

    Lisha is passionate about helping leaders build agility, courage, and deeper human connection in an unpredictable world as well as mentoring and investing in diverse founders and funders. Outside of work, she’s a dance fitness enthusiast—recently helping open a boutique studio in Brooklyn—and an unapologetic Knicks fan.

    Xu Han

    Xu Han T’22

    Senior AI Engagement Manager, C3 AI

    Xu Han T’22 is a Senior AI Engagement Manager at C3 AI, where he helps businesses unlock their full potential through the application of artificial intelligence. After graduating from Tuck, he joined Kearney as a digital transformation associate before transitioning into his current role at C3 AI.

    Xu is passionate about cultivating collaborative cultures and values time spent with family and friends. During his time at Tuck, he skied nearly 100 days—fully embracing Upper Valley winters both on and off the slopes.

    Koushi Sunder

    Koushi Sunder T’13

    Founder and CEO, Stemless

    Koushi Sunder T'13 is the Founder and CEO of Stemless, a retail dispensary marketing platform used across the U.S. and Canada. She has been featured as an industry pioneer in media outlets including TechCrunch, WomenGrow, and CheddarTV. Koushi received undergraduate degrees with honors in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Oregon, where she serves on the school’s Junior Dean’s Advisory Board.

    Currently Koushi is focused on expanding Stemless to retailers and brands outside of its existing vertical. In her spare time, she can be found with friends and family or down in her woodshop where she picked up carpentry as a hobby.
