New Year’s and my Tuck Bucket List

Happy New Year everyone!!  We spent New Year's up here in NH and had a great time skiing, laughing, and relaxing with fellow Tuckies and TPs.  Many of us left town to spend time over winter break with our families, though I must say I was really looking forward to coming back "home" to our lives up here and this wonderful community.

I'm not all that good at making or keeping New Year's resolutions, so instead I've decided to commit to writing my own personal bucket list of things I want to do/see/accomplish here before Will graduates in 2014.  In our first few months, I can already check off a bunch of things from the list.  We still have a year and a half left, but I'm a little worried about having enough time to get through all there is to see and do here!

My Tuck Bucket List (so far):

          - Eat in the Simon Pearce restaurant (<-- this was delicious, for the record)

• Dine at the Woodstock Inn
• Visit to the Tunbridge World's Fair (missed it this past fall, I'm still kicking myself over that)

          - RIDE in a hot air balloon (timing doesn't matter!)

• Get a farm share in the summer and enjoy fresh, local produce
• Visit the local farmers' markets as much as humanly possible
• **Last but not least--something I have no control over so I can't really put it on the bucket list--but I really want to see a bear and/or a moose while I'm up here... I'm pretty sure I would drop dead on the spot.

Happy 2013 to you all!!
