Stephen Pidgeon T'07Before attending Tuck, Stephen directed and produced multiple television series and a movie. Post-MBA, he worked as an engagement manager at McKinsey in London, focusing on health care consulting with a functional specialty in organizational design. Stephen joined Tuck Career Services in 2010. He is the author of the bestselling books “How To Get A Job In Consulting” and “Case Interviews for Beginners.”

ShieldErica comes to Tuck from eBay where she served as a manager of Enterprise Strategy, and formerly, McKinsey & Company where she was an Associate on the Implementation team. She also served as the McKinsey Staffed Ambassador to Tuck to assist with interview and case preparation. While at Tuck, she worked at The Gap as their Global Supply Chain Strategy and Product Operations Intern.

Andrew Kaestle Prior to pursuing his MBA, Andy worked in transaction diligence as a CPA in both the US and Europe. Upon graduating from Tuck in 2017, Andy joined Bain, where he spent four years serving clients focused on consumer products, agile innovation, and commercial diligence.

Dierdre O'DonnelDeirdre joined Tuck Career Services in 2008 after a 24-year career at Lehman Brothers in their fixed income division. While at Lehman, Deirdre also took an active role in recruiting as head of Lehman’s core recruiting team for sales and trading and ultimately became global head of diversity recruiting for the firm.

Aga SypniewskaPrior to Tuck, Aga worked at three different business schools: University of Central Florida, Florida Atlantic University, and Nanyang Business School in Singapore where she taught business communication courses and provided career, language, and writing coaching to undergraduate, graduate, executive, and doctoral students. Aga is originally from Poland and has lived and worked in four countries and on three continents. She has devoted her career to helping international and globally-minded students and professionals to achieve career success in the US and in other countries.
