Description:
Discover the many ways that entrepreneurs are realizing the potential of technology to ensure that everyone finds a meaningful place in the new economy.
Technology and globalization are powerful tools that can connect Americans to economic opportunity. Individual entrepreneurs—using innovations that were only science fiction even 10 years ago—are starting businesses that are changing the world. One hundred-year-old industrial buildings now house 3-D printing companies. Farmers are using sensors and tablets to irrigate their crops. American businesses are using platforms to sell to a growing consumer class across the world.
