Reimbursement Update from the MBAPO
A message from the MBA Program Office
Dear Students,
We are writing to let you know of the following fee changes in light of the ongoing COVID-19 situation:
- Students living in Whittemore Hall, Buchanan Hall, Achtmeyer and Pineau-Valencienne Halls (LLC) who do not wish to return for the spring term will be reimbursed spring term residence hall charges. Students must inform the MBAPO of their plans and return their keys to the Tuck Facilities office in order to be reimbursed.
- Students living in Dartmouth College rental housing, including Sachem Village and South Street apartments, who do not wish to return should contact Lauren Morse about vacating their residence prior to the end of their lease.
- Tuck will be crediting back any remaining Byrne declining balance account funds at the end of the spring term to students’ main billing accounts.
- Tuck will reimburse the spring term activity fee for all students.
To help facilitate this process, we ask that you fill out this required form.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
Thank you,
The MBA Program Office
