Becky Rice
Director, First-Year Project; Lecturer
Becky brings over 25 years of experience working at Tuck – first in Tuck’s Career Services office, then the MBA Program Office, and most recently as the director of the FYP. Her understanding of the importance of leveraging opportunities at Tuck to achieve personal and professional goals allows her to be an invaluable resource for students when considering their options for the course.

Valerie Davio
Associate Director, First-Year Project
Valerie has been at Tuck for over 11 years. She spent her first four years as the Client Relationship Manager for the Open Enrollment (OE) Department within Tuck Executive Education, and then transitioned to the MBA program and the First-Year Project (FYP) course. Though Valerie works on all aspects of the course, her corporate development experience is a tremendous resource to clients and students in sourcing projects across all industries, geographies and functional areas.
