South Street is an easy walk, located only 0.5 miles from the Tuck campus.
Tuck will have a limited availability of beds at South Street. The apartments range from 2 to 3 bedroom units with either 1 or 1.5 bathrooms (see floorplans, square footage, and pricing) and the leases are for one year only. South Street apartments are located in downtown Hanover close to all of the restaurants and shops. Some units are located above a restaurant, which can be a bit noisy for some students. Students enjoy living at South Street for a variety of reasons including the proximity to campus and the ability to have their own kitchen and living spaces.
Housing assignments for the South Street Apartments are handled by the MBA Program Office. In order to apply, please fill out the South Street Housing Application before the deadline of May 10 by 5:00 p.m. ET. Once the application deadline has passed, the MBAPO will send out a list of names with roommate profile information to facilitate meeting and connecting with a potential roommate(s). Once you have chosen a roommate(s), please email Lauren Morse in the MBA Program Office. After May 10 at 5:00 p.m. ET, a lottery will take place to assign each unit.
