Virtual events can be held in many ways on many platforms and we are here to help!


On-Campus Engagement with Students

Please contact Tuck Career Services to find a date and time that works with you and the Tuck Calendar.

Please note: Due to the class schedule, we do not recommend holding events on Thursday evenings or Fridays. Event requests may also be submitted directly through the Tuck Recruiting portal.

Company Briefings

Fifty-minute information sessions to educate students about your company, its people, your recruiting efforts, and internship and career opportunities.

Time slots: Monday-Thursday 12:20-1:20 p.m. or 5:10-6:00 p.m.
Space sizes can range from smaller (27 person) to larger classrooms (100+ person).
Contact us if interested in a Virtual option.
Free to host. Catering can be added at an extra cost.

Office Hours and Coffee Chats

Additional ways to meet with students individually or in small groups before or after your event at Tuck, or on their own, and can also be conducted virtually.

Time slots vary due to class times. (Please note: First Years have core classes in the mornings, so office hours for First Years may not start before 12:00 p.m.)
Can range from 20 minutes – 1 hour slots and one-on-one or group sessions.
Free to host. Catering can be added at an extra cost.

Employer Pop-Up

The Employer Pop-Up is a tabling opportunity for your company to meet with Tuck students in well-trafficked area of the Tuck Campus. We will provide the table and chairs, feel free to bring materials, banners etc.
Time block for this type of event is generally 11:30 am – 1:30 pm, Monday through Thursday.

Workshops or Mock Interview Sessions

Company-sponsored ways to offer students valuable insights into your interview process

Networking Night

These are multi-industry career fair style recruiting events where companies can talk to Tuck students, tell them about available opportunities, and network.

We will host an In-Person Networking Night on Tuesday, September 17.
Registration Fee Required: In-Person $350 (Covers set up and refreshments)

LDP Fair

Companies will convene for an evening to talk about their programs in a booth-style career fair, where companies can interact with candidates in small groups or one-on-one. This event is similar to our Networking Night but is specific to companies recruiting for Leadership Development Programs.

We will hold this event in the early fall, on Tuesday, September 10.
Registration Fee Required: $350 (Cost covers set up and refreshments)

Healthcare Fair

Companies will convene for an evening to talk about their programs in a booth-style career fair, where companies can interact with candidates in small groups or one-on-one. This event is similar to our Networking Night but is specific to companies in the Healthcare industry.

We will hold this event on Tuesday, October 29.
Registration Fee Required: $350 (Cost covers set up and refreshments)

Fireside Chats

Informal ways to discuss a topic of interest or theme with students in one of Tuck’s "living-room" spaces
Fee: $100 for room set-up and AV usage. Catering can be added at an extra cost.

Receptions

Host a networking reception after your company presentation, or as a stand-alone event.
Fee: $100 for room set-up. Catering can be added at an extra cost.

Tuck Student Clubs

Career, event-focused, sports, cultural, social, service, and special-interest student clubs.
